Castagneto Carducci: Asks for a ride and steals her cell phone, 32-year-old reported

At the end of an investigation resulting from the complaint of a 60-year-old woman, the Carabinieri of the Castagneto Carducci Station have 32 year old woman reported domiciled in the area, since seriously suspected of aggravated theft of a mobile phone.

According to the military's reconstruction, the woman, with many criminal records and no stranger to similar behavior, allegedly got a lift in the car from the lady, who was passing through via Umberto I in that municipality, attracting attention by waving his arms.

The lady accompanied her to Donoratico, where the girl had said she was headed, and then continued on her journey. Only at that point the woman realized that she no longer had her cell phone, which she had with her in the car until a few moments before, when she went to the police station to report the incident. The investigations were promptly started, a meticulous reconstruction of the entire affair was carried out, interpolating the elements with broad-spectrum investigative checks among all known subjects burdened by prejudices combined with extractions and comparisons of images.

At the end of the in-depth activities of the Carabinieri, also thanks to their deep knowledge of the territory, the suspected person responsible for the theft was identified: the same was therefore traced and reported for aggravated theft of the mobile device.
