Livorno: Caught with burglary tools while trying to steal a bike, 44-year-old reported

As part of the territorial control services, the Carabinieri of the Livorno Centro Station have reported un Albanian citizen over forty, seriously suspected of attempted theft and unjustified possession of burglary tools.

The man, a resident of Livorno, was apparently surprised in the middle of the afternoon by an off-duty policeman while he was fiddling with the chain of a bike parked near via Gamerra. The carabiniere, having noticed the scene and it being evident, given that the man he had a pair of pliers in his hand, he was not the owner of the bike, he qualified himself and prevented the action from continuing.

After having suffered 112 NUE alerted an external patrol of the Carabinieri of the Livorno Centro Station intervened promptly. The officers carried out further investigations necessary also in consideration of the many charges for property crimes against the subject, and then found, hidden on him, tools useful for burglary for which he was unable to provide a valid justification. These instruments were therefore kidnapped.

Once the operations to reconstruct the dynamics were concluded, the Carabinieri the foreigner was reported at large for attempted theft and unjustified possession of burglary tools.
