The Carabinieri of the Collesalvetti station, at the end of their investigation, reported to the Public Prosecutor's Office for Juveniles of Florence a 17-year-old from Fauglia, held responsible for having robbed another, younger minor, while he was on board a scheduled bus.
According to the reconstruction of the carabinieri who collected the complaint from the young victim's parents, the latter would have boarded a public transport headed to Collesalvetti in Fauglia and after having sat down, he would have been accompanied by an older boy who initially asked him to give him 1 euro.
Subsequently he would have asked him for further money or all that he had in his wallet.
The victim, after initial resistance, was forced to give in to pressure and hand over the few dozen euros he had with him, as the older boy's attitude took on a violent and intimidating nature.
In fact, in reiterating his request, he leaned on him and pushed him towards the bus window, threatening to punch him and make others beat him too.
The victim then got off at a stop in the center of Collesalvetti, while the other continued the ride while remaining on board.
The Carabinieri of Collesalvetti, after being alerted, quickly acquired the first fundamental elements regarding the physiognomy and modus operandi of the alleged perpetrator and quickly collected sufficient evidence of guilt against the 17-year-old, who was already known, and managed to identify him and report him. to the competent Judicial Authority for the crime of robbery.
This activity falls within the broader spectrum of the Livorno Police force's combat strategy aimed at also combating events attributable to juvenile crime in the primary interest and protection of the community.
