60-year-old reported in Livorno for dealing hashish, 17 grams seized

As part of the commitment of the Carabinieri of the Provincial Command of Livorno, in line with the strategies shared at the Committee for Public Order and Security held at the Livorno Prefecture, for counter phenomena that affect the safety of some areas of the territory, the military has a 60-year-old man with specific criminal records was reported at large and seriously suspected of drug dealing.

The carabinieri first carried out a'in-depth monitoring activity in the city areas and in subjects of operational interest during which they found unusual movements near the man's home, an indicator of drug dealing activity. The military then proceeded to carry out a personal and home search which allowed the discovery and seizure of 17 grams of a narcotic substance of the hashish type divided into four parts, as well as a precision scale. What was found was seized and the man was reported at liberty to the Livorno Public Prosecutor's Office for illicit possession of narcotics for the purpose of dealing.
