Lecco: tight controls in Mandello Del Lario, 80 people identified.

The Carabinieri of the Lecco Company have intensified checks in the territory of the municipality of Mandello del Lario, combing the railway station, the Lido area and the supermarket forecourts.

The operation, aimed at ensuring greater security and combating illegality, led to the identification of around eighty people.
During these checks, a 22-year-old young man was caught red-handed while giving cocaine to some peers in the supermarket forecourt. Promptly stopped by the police, he was searched and found in possession of 28 doses of cocaine ready to be sold, all of which were seized.
During the summary trial held on Saturday, the Judge, in validating the arrest, ordered the 22-year-old to be banned from residing in the province of Lecco.
