Frosinone, damage, trespass, invasion of private buildings and possession of burglary tools

Three young Tunisians who fled during the check and a 30-year-old Italian already known to the police were involved.

Frosinone, the staff of the Flying Department of the Police Headquarters reported for damage, trespass and invasion of private buildings, in competition, three young Tunisians, to the detriment of one of their compatriots.
The man, realizing that the compatriots had settled in the apartment he owned without his consent, promptly notified the State Police, who intervened immediately. In the meantime, the illegal occupants quickly disappeared.
Having reconstructed what happened, the officers immediately set out on the trail of those fugitives, who were stopped and identified at the train station.
The complaint was filed against them.
A 30-year-old Italian was also referred to the Judicial Authority for possession of burglary tools. The man, already known to the police due to police bias, was stopped while he was driving along Via Casilina Nord in a sports car. Well hidden inside the vehicle, among other things, a hammer, a pickaxe, a pair of shears, a chisel, a hex wrench and an LED torch were found and seized.
