Lecce, agents enter the house for a check and find drugs hidden in the kitchen cabinets: 46-year-old arrested

In the afternoon of Wednesday 10 July, the agents of State Police on duty of steering wheel they carried out a routine check at the home of a 46-year-old from Lecce subjected under house arrest.

During the home inspection the officers noticed in the kitchen a scale precision machine with traces of white powdery substance, which made them suspicious.

Inside the house there was another 47 year old man from Lecce, burdened by several police records and affected by the security measure of probation.  The policemen they proceeded, assisted by other personnel arriving on site, to house search which allowed the discovery of narcotic substances of various types, packaged and stored in various containers in the kitchen cabinets or on the shelves of the same compartment and more specifically:

- approximately 50 grams of substance white in colour, with the organoleptic characteristics of "cocaine"
- approximately 32 grams of substance hazelnut in color with the organoleptic characteristics of "heroin"
- about 17 grams of substance solid brown in color with organoleptic characteristics “of hashish”.

Inside the kitchen, in addition to the precision balance placed on a surface, Two others were found placed inside the furniture and the material used for packaging the doses. Has been Cash for a total of 490 euros was also found.

All the material found was seized and to light of what man has emerged he was arrested and warned the magistrate on duty at the Ordinary Court of Lecce was confined in the Borgo San Nicola prison.
