Isernia: murders and extortions of 15.000 euros, a top member of the Mazzarella Clan arrested

The State Police arrested in Isernia a thirty-year-old Neapolitan, recipient of a custodial order issued by the investigating judge at the Court of Naples, on the proposal of the local Public Prosecutor's Office, against him and 4 other people, all top members of a criminal group belonging to the sphere of influence of the Mazzarella Clan.

The same are seriously accused of various crimes crimes of extortion, threats, private violence, carrying and possession of firearms, attempted murder, all aggravated by mafia methods.

The precautionary measure summarizes the results of the investigations coordinated by the Public Prosecutor's Office - DDA and conducted by the Naples Flying Squad and the San Ferdinando Police Station in relation to a conflict between criminal groups operating in the Pallonetto Santa Lucia area, which resulted in a murder and subsequently in two attempted murders and an extortion of approximately 150.00 euros against relatives of individuals believed to be involved in the aforementioned crime.
