Isernia: Caught with hashish and heroin, two young people reported

Goes on the activity of the military of the Isernia Company in the fight against drug abuse among young people. To prevent the phenomenon, a coordinated service was carried out, aimed precisely at combating drug use. Various checks and personal and vehicle searches which led to report young people to the Prefecture. In particular, the Carabinieri of the Frosolone Station reported to the Prefecture of Isernia a 25 year old young man was checked in the hamlet of San Pietro in Valle and found in possession of 6,2 grams of hashish, while in Isernia personnel from the Operational section of the Carabinieri Company reported a 24 year old girl caught in possession of 0,4 grams of heroin.

Not only the fight against the use of narcotics, but also against road traffic. Overall, within the scope of the activity carried out, over 30 vehicles and 70 people were checked and several traffic fines were issued for driving without a seatbelt, using a mobile phone, and failure to have a vehicle inspected. With the intensification of services, the men of the Arma reiterate their constant commitment in the territory to firmly combat the phenomenon of drug trafficking and the use of narcotic substances, especially among young age groups.
