Vicenza: “Walking among sports – Veneto sports festival” returns Sunday 15 September at Parco Querini
Over 15.000 visitors and more than 60 sports clubs are expected. The multi-titled boxer Luca Rigoldi and the athletes Ottavia Cestonaro and Alice Muraro, returning from the Olympics, will also be guests on stage.

After being postponed last weekend due to bad weather, the event is back Sunday 15th September at Parco Querini, from 10am to 19pm, "Walking among sports – Veneto Sports Festival”, organized by the municipal administration, the Asd Sport.Vi and the CONI as part of the initiatives connected to the Notte Bianca.
Over 60 companies of all disciplines, as well as a dozen associations that deal with "pets" (dogs, alpacas, birds of prey) or connected to the world of sport, will make known the new trends, their own traditional proposals and the emerging ones suitable for athletes of all ages.
This year at Parco Querini the place of honour will be CONI as part of the “Sports Festival” of the Veneto Region, which in 2024 is the European region of sport. At 11.30, the multi-titled boxer will be guests on stage Luca Rigoldi and the athletes Octavia Cestonaro ed Alice Muraro, returning from the Olympics.
In addition to the usual presence of particular and captivating choreographies proposed by very young athletes, there will be an inflatable area and one dedicated to animals. There will be no shortage of tournaments, activities to learn about and try with particular attention to inclusiveness, company info points, gazebos with sports equipment and organic food, and then again, tatamis, volleyball nets, baskets, tennis courts, hockey fields, as well as a street food area in via Rumor (which will be closed to vehicular traffic for the occasion).
