After the summer break, the events of “Abitare le infanzie 06+” are back, the program of initiatives created by the Department of Education in view of the twenty-third national conference of the National Group of Nurseries and Infancy, which will be held for the first time in Vicenza from 25 to 27 October.
"The events began at the end of June and will continue until November 22nd - explains the councilor for education Giovanni Selmo -. After the workshops for children, the meetings with experts in the sector and administrators held in July, the series of initiatives restarts with the big party to start the educational and school year, which will be held on Saturday September 28th during the Hangar Palooza Festival, but also with an exhibition of illustrations, meetings and theatrical performances for the little ones. These are opportunities for recreation, sharing and learning aimed at families as well as the entire educational community. The goal is to encourage moments of reflection on the themes of the integrated zero-six year system and to enhance the excellence of the educational services in the area".
From 22 to 29 September, the personal exhibition of illustrator Serena Mabilia “D'incanto t'incontro” will be held at Palazzo Cordellina. Created as part of the sixth edition of /e mò ti con/ Illustra l'emozione, conceived and curated by La Piccionaia, Centro di Produzione Teatrale, for the Municipality of Vicenza, in collaboration with the Biblioteca Civica Bertoliana and Illustri, the exhibition invites you to immerse yourself in Mabilia's illustrated world, where the magic of childhood comes to life. During the inauguration on 22 September, it will be possible to get information and insights into the program of the Teatro Scuola and Famiglie a Teatro 2024-25 festivals. Free admission.
On Thursday 26 September Palazzo Cordellina will host, from 17 to 18.30:17 pm, the public meeting “Music and education Presentation of the book Pianeti Sonori EDT” with the authors Consuelo Avoledo and Marco Gerosa. From XNUMX pm an imaginary journey will come to life to introduce school children to music from the first school cycles. Free admission.
On Saturday 28 September the appointment is at Parco della Pace for the 2024-2025 educational and school year start party. In the spaces of the Hangar Palooza Festival there will be a day of celebration during which children and families will be able to live educational and cultural experiences promoted by the Department of Education in synergy with the Department of Culture and the Bertoliana Civic Library. There will be moments and reading courses in collaboration with Nati per Leggere, graphic-painting workshops by the Integrated System zerosei and in the afternoon the meeting “Dalla parte dei bambini. Alleanza subito, fin da subito!” dedicated to inclusion policies and created in collaboration with the Regional School Office for Veneto – Territorial Area of Vicenza.
As expected, to access the Hangar Palooza Festival, admission will be free until 15 pm, while from 15 pm to 19 pm you will pay 1 euro.
On Monday 30 September it will be the turn of Gek Tessaro's drawn theatre with "Il circo delle nuvole". At the Teatro Astra, from 17.15:18.30 pm to XNUMX:XNUMX pm, some original stories by the author and illustrator of children's books will be brought to the stage, which will be brought to life through the use of the light board. To further enrich the scene there will be the shadows of animated silhouettes, figurines and characters chiseled in metal or cardboard, which interact with each other, with the narrator's voice and with the music.
