There are just a few days left until the new season of concerts in Piazza dei Signori with big names in Italian and international music.

The formula is reconfirmed this year too Vicenza in Festival promoted by DuePunti Eventi in collaboration with the Municipality of Vicenza.

«A rich season of concerts, dedicated to national and international music that embraces different tastes and genres. This year too we managed to propose a structured calendar thanks to the support of DuePunti Eventi. We will soon see the square being set up, with the stage placed next to the Capitaniato loggia. They will be days in which the city will be dressed in an atmosphere of joy and celebration" - comments the councilor for major events Leone Zilio.

It starts on July 19 with Nick Mason returning to the bill with the project “Saucerful Of Secrets” (21.30 pm), after the cancellation of last summer's concert due to bad weather.

The next day, on July 20 at 21.30pm, Marcus Miller will take the stage, one of the most influential musicians of our time, a bass virtuoso and a true legend of jazz and funk.

After the first two dates in July, the other five concerts will all be held in September starting at 21pm.

It will be there on September 1st in Piazza dei Signori Ermal Meta with a show whose beating heart will be “Buona Fortuna”, the album released on May 3rd.

Achille Lauro, the 2 September, will be in the city for a stop on his “Achille Lauro Summer Fest – A rave before the Iliad” tour in the name of inclusiveness.

“PFM sings De André Anniversary” on September 3: forty-five years after the "Fabrizio De André and PFM in concert" tour, the most famous prog band in the world returns to the Italian stages to celebrate the successful partnership with the Genoese singer-songwriter. To renew the embrace between rock and poetry, songs from "La Buona Novella" will also be added to the original setlist, completely revisited by the band.

After 50 years of a career studded with successes and awards in Italy and around the world, more than 80 million records sold and over 2000 concerts, Umberto Tozzi bids farewell to the live scene with a world tour, “L'ultima Notte Rosa The Final Tour” which will stop in Vicenza on September 4th and which is already sold out.

Finally, Fiorella Mannoia will close the concert season in Piazza dei Signori on September 5th with “Fiorella Sinfonica – Live with orchestra” with still few tickets available.
