Verona tackles Depression and Eating Disorders: two evenings of discussion with experts
November training at the Church of San Domenico in Verona: free meetings on anxiety, panic attacks and eating disorders, with psychologists and nutritionists to support those experiencing these difficulties.
The first evening, scheduled for Tuesday 5 November, will have as theme "Anxiety, panic attacks and depression. How to recognize and deal with them to be happy". Dr. Alberto D'Auria (Psychologist and Psychotherapist) will speak.
During the evening The various aspects of depression will be discussed, providing information on the symptoms, possible causes and available treatment tools.
The second evening, scheduled for Wednesday 20 November on the topic “Dealing with eating disorders and behavior. How to recognize and intercept the first signs in time and how to intervene”, will feature Dr. Claudia Cilione (Psychologist) and Dr. Lorenzo Pradelli (Nutritionist).
The meeting will focus oneating disorders with an analysis of their manifestations, psychological and physical causes and possible intervention and prevention strategies.
