Verona: at the Aurora cinema theater cinema and debate on current issues.
Verona. From Thursday 2 November at the cinema Aurora theater in Borgo Venezia the new one arrives “Perspectives” film review, four films with young directors and actors chosen to attract an equally young audience. All screenings are free to enter.
The initiative is proposed by 6th district with the aim of combining the viewing of the film with a moment of discussion and debate among the public. For this reason, four films have been selected that deal with current and debate topics local entities and associations were invited linked to the themes of the screenings themselves, from gender violence to migratory routes, from choices about the future to climate change.
This is the screening calendar: Thursday 2 November at 20.45pm 'Lunana. The village at the end of the world'; Thursday 16th always at 20.45pm 'Shadow game'; it will be screened on November 30thThe accusation' and on December 14th it will be the turn of 'The wings are not for sale.'
“A review designed to generate new perspectives – said the president of the 6th District Rita Andriani who presented the initiative together with the coordinator of the Youth Policies Commission Michele Veronese-. We will talk about migratory routes and integration, gender violence, fast fashion, climate change and future choices. On this journey we will be accompanied by many guests who deal with these issues on a daily basis in our territory and will give us their contribution, helping us not only to have answers regarding the major issues that will be addressed, but above all they will open the debate to new perspectives".
All screenings are free to attend Aurora Cinema Theater in via Girolamo Fracastoro next to the church of San Giuseppe out of the walls.
