Trento, the Christmas fir tree arrives in Piazza Duomo: a 17-meter tree for the holidays
The Trento Christmas tree, coming from Candriai, was chosen for safety reasons and will be decorated with 22.000 lights. Deputy Mayor Bozzarelli and the Forestry Company attended the arrival of the imposing fir tree.

Christmas is approaching and – as is tradition – the big tree that will be decorated for the holidays with 22 thousand lights has arrived in Piazza Duomo.
It is a Douglas Fir – 17 metres tall – coming from CandriaiIt was chosen by the Municipality and the Trento-Sopramonte Forestry Company because it was too close to the “Asilo nel bosco” Foundation building and therefore had to be cut down anyway for safety reasons.
There were people present to welcome him Deputy Mayor Elisabetta Bozzarelli and Deputy Director of the Forestry Company Daniele Lubello.
