The Libraries of Pesaro participate in the national Born to Read week
The Pesaro Library system joins the National Week Born to Read. From the 18 26 November – period chosen to link the national program activity 'Born to Read' at the International Day of the Rights of Girls and Boys of November 20th - meetings and events are taking place throughout Italy to remember and protect the right to stories of girls and boys who must be protected not only from illness and violence but also from socio-cultural disadvantage and educational poverty.
The proposal of Pesaro Città che legge is aimed at expectant mothers, to parents and children aged 18 months to 6 years, and also includes a special initiative at the prison. The readings are organized by the librarians of Pesaro Biblioteche with the participation of the Voluntary Readers Nati per Leggere.
