«An important Festival that has a long history - Said Antonio Mazzeo, president of the regional council – and which always shows great attention to the young audience. It's nice to know that a great master like Pupi Avati will be rewarded, a protagonist of our culture. I would like to particularly thank the mayor Valentina Vadi for her commitment, in a difficult moment for public finances, to continue investing in cinema and culture. It is initiatives like these that allow boys and girls to construct their thinking in a critical way."
«This edition has a very prestigious level - Said Valentina Vadi mayor of San Giovanni Valdarno – and I thank all the collaborators who allow us to create an exhibition of great cultural significance, with the Marzocco prize awarded to a protagonist of our cinema like Pupi Avati. A consolidated relationship is also confirmed with the schools in our area who experience the days of the festival in a profound way".
