Voci dal Basso Festival, one month after the conclusion of its third edition, which was welcomed with great enthusiasm and success in the heart of the city of Rovigo, is still making people talk about it with an important national recognition.
During the three days of the festival, August 30-31 and September 1, Piazza Annonaria saw an audience of over 2.000 young people eager to participate in the various talks with experts and professionals, workshops on current issues that are dear to the new generations, numerous concerts by emerging and established artists on the national scene. A cultural and artistic proposal that did not go unnoticed even outside the regional borders: Voices from Below It was in fact one of the 4 selected festivals among over 80 candidates from Reset Festival of Turin, an initiative that has been active for 16 years now and boasts a leading role in the Italian music industry.
Two representatives of the organizing group Voci dal Basso, Marianna Accorsi e Carlo Gasparetto, were then invited to participate from the September 30 to the October 5 to a week of events including training workshops, concerts, showcases, with the presence of over 50 professionals including managers, labels, publishers, industry big names, festivals and national partners in a large training network.
A unique showcase of exchange both to present to the outside the reality of Voci dal Basso, its mission, and its peculiarities linked to the territory of belonging, and to learn from leading figures in the field of cultural and artistic planning, in view of a future proposal even more interesting and rich.
A great recognition for Voci dal basso, a festival born recently but which has all the credentials to grow and become a point of reference in the national panorama, giving great prestige to the local reality of Rovigo.
The festival's aim, in fact, is to enhance the Rovigo setting, establishing strong collaborations with local administrations, bodies and entities, working at the same time in synergy with initiatives already present and rooted in the territory, with the aim of contributing to a valuable cultural and artistic offer aimed at all targets of citizens and which can be an attraction for those who come from outside.
