Pesaro, the “Summer Capital between Villages and Neighborhoods” review has started: over 60 free events
It started on Monday 15th July 'Summer Capital between villages and neighborhoods', a widespread review of creativity and community promoted by the Municipality of Pesaro/Department of Culture and Youth Policies which is included in the official calendar of Pesaro 2024.
"A complex event, designed to bring people back to the squares, redevelop and enhance the spaces and the creative vocation of the neighborhoods, thanks to the vision of their presidents, councilors and citizens, which follows the vision of the Italian Capital of Culture", commented the vice mayor and councilor for culture Daniele Vimini. Launched in 2019, the proposal returns rich, with the intent to enhance - in the name of culture - the neighborhoods and the municipal territory in its entirety as is in the mission of Pesaro 2024. Until August 30, over 60 events are scheduled - all with free admission - including readings for adults and children, puppets for the little ones, theater, dialect evenings, stargazing, walkscape to explore the city and much more. "A program with events designed in strong connection and sharing with culture and youth policies, thanks also to the intercepted calls for proposals".
First of all the Muse project, is will be presented in the coming weeks, “It has allowed us to draw up a program designed also for a young audience, who increasingly ask for spaces and opportunities to meet”, said the councilor with responsibility for Youth Policies Camilla Murgia. The role of the little ones will be central, “of note is ART BUS, a branded vehicle, which leaves in the summer but will be itinerant during the other seasons, to bring beauty even to less central places and to encourage a network of communities educating culture. The hope is that it is not only school initiatives that guide and support children, but we want to propose a wider offer”.
Monday 15 July at 21 pm there was the appointment at the San Giovanni Library with the Clique of Lilliputians in Great Variety.
