Tuesday September 5 2023 since Courtyard of Arms of the Sforzesco Castle Milano the masterpiece of Pink Floyd performed entirely by a Super Band, and narrated by Luca de Gennaro with the astrophysicist Fabio Peri, scientific director of the Planetarium of Milano.

Fifty years fa, March 1973st XNUMX, it came out one of the most legendary and most successful records in the history of music: The Dark Side Of The Moon by Pink Floyd.

Half a century later, this work comes celebrated in a special evening in the historical setting of the Sforzesco Castle of Milano, with the entire live performance of the entire album, in the original sequence, by one super band formed by:

Alessandro Grazian: guitar, vocals
Gianluca De Rubertis: keyboards, vocals
Enrico Gabrielli: sax
Giovanni Pinizzotto: bass
Lorenzo Corti: guitar
Lino Gitto: drums, vocals
Alessandra Bordiga: vocals, backing vocals

Lo show is complemented by the charming story by astrophysicist Fabio Peri, Scientific Director of the Planetarium of Milano, on "The Moon, The Dark, The Rainbow", and from musicologist Luca de Gennaro, which will immerse us in the psychedelic London where Pink Floyd was born with stories and anecdotes about the creation of this masterpiece of contemporary popular music.

The event, designed in collaboration with Luca de Gennaro and produced by I Distracted Events & Services, falls within Summer at the Castle 2023 schedule of the Municipality of Milano.
