Monza celebrates the Italian GP with four days of events throughout the city.

The weekend is approaching which, like every year, brings theItaly e Monza in the center of the world map of Formula 1.

Monza FuoriGP 2024 is the event that welcomes visitors and enthusiasts who have come to the city for the most prestigious motorsport event in our country, the Italian Formula 1 Grand Prix.

«Monza is a city rich in history, artistic and environmental values. But it is also the city of business and research, technology and innovation. This is the context in which it welcomes the Formula 1 Grand Prix. Monza is ready to put its history, its values, its hospitality under the spotlight: there are many opportunities to meet and events to experience together the days leading up to the Formula 1 race at the Autodromo. I wish everyone a Happy FuoriGP2024, hoping it can be a chance to meet, have fun, and be enriched for everyone, especially those visiting Monza for the first time, to discover with surprise an open city, full of places worth stopping to enjoy squares and views rich in history and charm. I hope that the coexistence between the liveliness and colors of the "races" and the beauty of the park's locations will leave visitors not only with the enthusiasm of the three-day sports event, but also with the suggestion of a unique place", explains the Mayor Paolo Pilotto.

From Thursday 29 August to Sunday 1 September, Monza will transform itself into a stage of speed, innovation and style, hosting the sport that best represents these values ​​for its fans. A rich program of events and demonstrations will enliven the streets and squares of the capital of Brianza, presenting it in an exclusive light to the many fans, tourists and inhabitants.

Here is an overview of the main event locations:

Via Arosio (in front of the station): The stand will be set up hereinfo point. The reception desks will provide detailed information on what to visit and discover in the city of Monza. From historical places to restaurants, to promote the area and help tourists live an unforgettable experience.

Piazza Duomo: The square of the minor Basilica of San Giovanni Battista will be the point of reference for tourist information and promotion. A dedicated infopoint will provide details on Monza FuoriGP 2024 and on the points of interest in Monza and its territory. Furthermore, the Provincial Carabinieri Command of Monza Brianza will set up an exhibition stand with automotive equipment and historic vehicles of the Army. This will be a special place where citizens and tourists can learn more about the history and work of the Carabinieri.

Trento and Trieste Square: The four days will be animated byentertainment and great music from Radio m2or. The main stage will host talk show with guests from the world of sport and motoring, as well as concerts by great artists. Thursday evening will be the time of Shorty & Mauro Miclini, DJ of Radio m2o, with the evening "Full dance: a journey from the 80s to today“. Friday evening will be dedicated to young people with "Monza Teen Night” which will see performances by Federica Carta, Wax and Andrea Cioffi, artists from one of the most followed talents on the national scene. On Saturday evening, the city will host i Matia Bazaar, one of the most beloved and long-lived bands on the Italian music scene, with a career that spans over four decades. For motor lovers, it will be possible to admire two iconic Ferraris: the Ferrari 750 Monza and Ferrari F1 2003 GA, two specimens from the collection of Ferrari Museum Maranello and the splendid Ferrari Challenge models, edited by Team Rosso Corsa. Lastly, visitors will be able to experience the thrill of driving firsthand with thesimulator area, get to know the local sports associations and the little ones will be able to participate in road educational activities in collaboration with State Police.

Piazza Roma: The square of the famous Arengario will host the KIDS Village, with the best brands for entertainment for young people: LEGO® and Toys. Here, little visitors will be able to immerse themselves in a world of creativity and adventure, building with the famous LEGO® bricks, admiring a life-size LEGO® car and playing with Hasbro board games. Furthermore, children can have fun with a pedal ride-on track and a Carrera remote-controlled car track.

Via Vittorio Emanuele II: It will turn into a open-air museum with the display of historic sports cars and vintage Vespas, thanks to the association Monza Auto Moto Storiche (MAMS) and the Vespa Club of Monza. This exhibition will allow you to admire the models that have written the history of four- and two-wheeled vehicles, enhancing the Italian brands that have been leaders in the automotive sector for years.

Carducci Square: The big novelty of the Monza FuoriGP 2024 will be the area dedicated to motorcycles. Here, visitors will be able to take part in the motorcycle school with FMI (Italian Motorcycle Federation), a learning and fun experience for the youngest. The square will also host spectacular performances of stunt riding with the famous stuntman Maurizio Perin, who promises to amaze the audience with his breathtaking stunts. To make the location even more attractive there will be stands for the display of motorbikes.

Royal Groves: Redbull Village will be set up, with Airstreams offering gastronomic delights from all over the world and music by DJ Sets. Each evening will feature performances by Nationally renowned DJ, including Enzino Fargetta, Paolo Noise and the Nameless Festival DJs, culminating with the Autpop Festival, the first inclusive DJ set that will see the talents of Radio Deejay and Radio m2o perform together with people with disabilities. An experience capable of combining music and inclusion.

Carrobiolo Square: Carrobiolo Square Music & Drinks will transform into an intimate and cozy corner where you can toast in company and enjoy the notes of different musical genres. On Friday, the Sunshine Gospel Choir will perform with the enveloping and spiritual melodies of gospel music and on Saturday it will be the turn of the Alta Moda group who will play the best Italian hits, bringing back to life the rhythms and atmospheres of the past years. On Sunday, Vogo Beat will close with their overwhelming energy and dance hits from the 90s and 2000s.

Garibaldi Square: Another area dedicated to street food and music. The most original and tasty trucks will invite you to enjoy the conviviality while Radio m2o's DJ, Rino Sparacino, will liven up the evening with his engaging music.

Triante district: The center of Monza will not be the only one to host the events. At the Centro Civico Triante, Renato Converso will perform with his “Culturally Dramatic” comedy show, offering an evening of laughter and entertainment.

Regina Pacis neighbourhood: Visitors and enthusiasts will be entertained and engaged with the concert "Cremonini Tribute World“, a tribute to the Bolognese singer-songwriter artist, retracing his greatest successes from his debut with Lunapop until today.
