DIRECTOR'S NOTES edited by Andrea Pennacchi

The character of Pojana, known to viewers of "Propaganda Live", was born from Andrea Pennacchi's need to tell the nation the stories of the north-east that, outside the borders of the newly formed Padania, no one knew. Moving from more or less Goldonian masks, paradigms of an entire society, here he is, Franco Ford known as Pojana, with all his brothers, telling stories with a bit of truth and a bit of falsehood...
Pojana's older brothers: Edo the security, Tonon the rat killer, Alvise the black and others, saw the light the day after April 2014st XNUMX. While Franco Ford known as “Pojana” was already born. He was the rich owner of an adaptation of “The Merry Wives of Windsor” set in Veneto, with all its fixations: the weapons, the taxes and the blacks, the blacks, the black.
Later, the Propaganda Live gang wanted him on their stage and he revealed himself fully for what he is: a small demon, not without wisdom, who uses the truth for his own ends and finds funny things that aren't I am, and that is within each of us. The character was born from the need to tell the nation the stories of the north-east that no one knew outside the borders of the newly formed Padania. It is significant and terrible that the Venetians have become the bad guys today: tax evaders, racists, obtuse. Suddenly. From good provincials, hard workers, a bit of a nunner, who out of poverty migrated to Rome to work as servants or carabinieri (cliché of many black and white films), to greedy masters, so, suddenly, with ignorance to do as a common denominator to stereotypes.
An enigma, which is resolved in a story: passing from more or less Goldonian masks to a mirror of an entire society. A promotion practically.
And here he is, Franco Ford known as Pojana, with all his brothers telling stories with a bit of truth and a bit of falsehood mixed in, to look at themselves in the mirror.
