Milano: a mosaic to celebrate Donyale Luna, the first black supermodel in history.
The Municipal Administration of Milano pays homage to fashion and the great wearer Donyale Luna, first black top model in history.
Tuesday 3 October, at 12pm, at the Citadel of Archives, the inauguration of a mosaic of 40 thousand hand-carved tiles which reproduces an unpublished photographic shot taken by her husband Luigi Cazzaniga, right at Milano in 1974.
The councilor for civic services will be present at the inauguration Gaia Romani, Luigi Cazzaniga e Dream Diamond, respectively husband and daughter of Donyale Luna and a representative of the National Chamber of Italian Fashion.
