The Mayor Basile expressed words of praise for the laudable initiative, also in consideration of the enormous success achieved on the occasion of the previous issue of the stamp on Vara and the Giants with relative cancellation of the special stamp, highlighting that "Two issues in two and a half months and three issues in just two years demonstrate the perfect synergy between Municipality of Messina e Poste Italiane, which will continue over time with new initiatives“. The stamp value, inserted in the Postal stamp issuing program of the Ministry of Economic Development, was printed byState Printing Institute and Mint and will be distributed by Poste Italiane.
