Messina: Presentation of “Il Granchio” solo exhibition by Billy Davì at Palazzo Zanca.

Tuesday 6 June, at 10.30 am, in the presence of the mayor Federico Basile, during a press conference to be held in the Falcone Borsellino Hall of Palazzo Zanca, the personal exhibition “The Crab” by Billy Davì.

The meeting will be attended by councilor Massimo Finocchiaro and councilors Liana Cannata and Alessandra Calafiore who in various capacities together with mayor Basile have accepted the aims of the project in which Billy's artistic expression represents, in addition to the beauty of the works, the instrument to convey the message of social inclusion and more generally to raise awareness and understand the degree of inclusion of disabled people within individual local realities.

The young artist is in fact a “special” boy, who is attending the last year of the “E. Basile", whose creativity will be supported by the municipal administration, foundations, associations and professional associations and freelancers in the area who in synergy through the creation of a document will request the Venice International Biennale for the creation of the first disability pavilion at in order to offer Billy the prestigious presence within it with the aim of ensuring the continuation of his artistic path. The exhibition, sponsored by the Municipality of Messina, will be inaugurated on June 9th at the Palacultura “Antonello”.
