Mantova Musica continues programming in the second half of 2023.

Mantova Musica, in its eighth edition, also continues in the second half of the year. The project, born in 2016, once again aims to express at the highest level the synergies of three historic associations with the cultural realities of the territory., in its eighth edition, continues also in the second half of the year. The desire that has animated the initiative since its origins, as was explained on Thursday 15 June at the press conference in the council chamber of the Municipality of Mantua by the mayor Mattia Palazzi and the artistic directors Stefano Giavazzi, Stefano Maffizzoni and Leonardo Zunica, is to create a new model of musical concert season capable of offering initiatives at all times of the year.

"Our city - Palazzi noted – has a very vast cultural offering. In this context, programming is fundamental, therefore I proposed eight years ago to create a single musical program to group together the three events. The results were positive, the audience increased."

In 2023 two important milestones will be celebrated: twenty-five years of activity of Società della Musica and twenty years of Diabolus in Musica. The renewal of the public and the introduction of young people to classical music remain among our main aims.
Despite the difficulties that the world of entertainment goes through, Mantova Musica is able to offer a program of over 50 concerts which allows it to meet the different sensitivities of the public and at the same time satisfy ministerial parameters which assume quantity as a prerequisite for the qualitative evaluation of the projects.
