The third edition of Typicality Evo explores the languages of food, near and far. In the busy program of events taking place from 19 to 21 October in the center of Macerata, the culture of food also passes through new ways of enhance ancient flavors of local tradition.
The language of happy hour expressed through two icons of the hinterland: trout and Verdicchio. Saturday 21 October, at 19pm, in the Gallery of Ancient Ovens, Monica Caradonna, presenter of Linea Verde Life, e Roberto Rossi, marketing director of “Erede Rossi Silvio”, will bring the story of the Aperitrota to life.
A tasty study of native flavors proposed in a modern key thanks to the creative flair of young people chef of the Academy of Typicality: Alessandra Scarpetta e Paolo Pistola. Paired with the iconic Verdicchio di Matelica from Cantine Belisario and an absolute preview: Virginio, the brand's Gin!
From this year Tipicità Evo is also promoted on the official website of the Ministry of Tourism, Italia.it among the events not to be missed, with this motivation "Tipicità EVO is an experiment that studies, talks about and tries to interpret the modern phenomena linked to food and wine analyzing them from a humanistic point of view”.
The third edition of Tipicità Evo is organized by the Municipality of Macerata in collaboration with the Marche Region, the Chamber of Commerce and with the scientific contribution of UNIMC.
