LIVORNO MUSIC FESTIVAL, Great music with artists.

To open the concert season of Livorno Music Festival it is a program commissioned for the occasion by Ilio Barontini. The pianist from Livorno, with a half-century career (also with choices of repertoire that goes against the grain), and a long-time teacher at "Mascagni", has arranged a series of memorable soundtracks for the keyboard, from Disney classics to Henry Mancini, Morricone, Piovani, John Williams, through which to ideally retrace the history of cinema. Barontini thus continues his personal exploration in non-classical music which also led him to deal with pieces by Battiato and with Italian songwriting.

With the purchase of the concert ticket the possibility of an aperitif at € 10,00 from 19 pm at the Fortezza Vecchia Bar.
