There is also the Liguria to the 15th edition of Terra Madre Salone del Gusto, the largest international event dedicated to good, clean and fair food and sustainable food policies, organized by Slow Food.

The region is present with a 50mXNUMX institutional stand inside of the Italian and International Market Area, set up with a kitchen space dedicated to practical demonstrations and enriched by a series of panels illustrating the culture of good eating and drinking through images of the area and local products.

The rich program of activities planned within the Liguria space was created thanks to the collaboration of the Region with the Territorial Associations Slow Food and Slow Food Liguria.

From meetings on sustainable mussel farming to insights into the green oyster of La Spezia, from seafood specialties to the black bee of western Liguria, visitors will be able to learn about our territory through tastings and food experiences, discover its products with dedicated workshops and, finally, listen to the direct testimonies of those who carry out projects to support the regeneration of nature and biodiversity, from Levante to Ponente.
