Leverano (LE): Roy Paci opens the 17th edition of "Beer and Sound International Beer Festival".

Beer and Sound was born and raised in a community like that of Leven forerunner of hospitality as real and multiracial integration where populations of different ethnic groups coexist and find themselves sisters, mutual, complementary.

"Diversity is the beating soul of the vast rainbow of the 2023 edition of Birra e Sound, because it is only through diversity that horizons are broadened and boundaries are broken down, and through the colors of differences that one can nourish one's self, day after day", explains Fernando Zecca, from the control room.

For every evening two free concerts, as in the historical formula of the festival, on two different stages, with the artistic direction of Gianluca Ziza of Radio Ciccio Riccio.

To open the dances from the central stage, tomorrow evening, it will be Roy paci, the Italian trumpeter, singer, composer and record producer originally from Sicily and linked to Salento, with Aretuska for the Italian patchanka.
On the pine forest stage instead Raffaella Tutta Scena, Diplomatico and Il Collettivo Ninco Nanco.
Il calendar of shows this year “it was born as usual in collaboration with Fernando Zecca – the words of Gianluca Ziza -, it is a synergy of tastes, of trends, of choices made by both of us and we have developed the most ambitious calendar we have ever worked on because we have artists within the entire 7-day festival that we would normally have used only for open the first evening".

On 25 thousand square meters lights with themed illuminations by De Cagna Luminaries, scents, flavours, which this year celebrates sociality at all levels, the beauty of being together, in colour!

Over 200 types of beers arriving from all over the world with an area dedicated to craft beer thanks to the presence of the Consortium for the Promotion and Protection of Italian Craft Beer from the Agricultural Supply Chain in the pine forest area. An entire dedicated area, around 25 agricultural craft breweries present with their nectars. It's a reality that they produce the raw materials themselves such as barley and hops, to be used for one-of-a-kind creations, spearheads of the brewing universe.
