Lecce, the "Una Vita da Social" event will take place on Saturday 20 April, now in its XNUMXth edition.

As part of the educational campaign called “A Social Life” – aimed at middle and high school students - organized by the Ministry of the Interior in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and Merit and with the support of Google, in Piazza Sant'Oronzo, on the morning of April 20th, a special vehicle (a truck) of the Postal Police will stop in Lecce, equipped with latest generation technologies, to meet students, families and visitors, with the aim of raising awareness of the main pitfalls of website.

The initiative, in stages, you see 30 cities throughout the country were involved, with the visit of the special truck traveling in the most important squares.

The Postal Police will not, however, be the only State Police Specialty involved in the initiative. Supporting the operators of the District Operational Section for Cyber ​​Security of Lecce will be colleagues from the Lecce Traffic Police Section, who will set up a dedicated station with the aim of raising young people's awareness of issues related to road safety education, and the staff of the OSCAD (Observatory for Safety against Discriminatory Acts), who will address the topic of discrimination.

The meeting will be structured over two moments: from 08 to 30 and from 10 to approximately 20. The students, around 200 from schools in the Province of Lecce, alternating in groups, will be invited aboard the special vehicle to meet the police, in an interactive and constructive dialogue.

In the interlude between the two shifts, the Prefect and the Police Commissioner of the Province of Lecce together with the Director of the "Puglia" Cyber ​​Security Operations Center will greet those present.

All journalists are invited to participate in the ceremony. On this occasion, the authorities present, including the managers of the Postal Police and the Lecce Traffic Police, will give interviews on the topics covered by the meeting.
