In 2025, the Marche region will host the 69th National Congress of Italian Engineers.

The provinces of Ancona and Macerata will be the protagonists of the 69th National Congress of Italian Engineers, which will be held in September and October 2025.

The announcement was made during a press conference at the Loggia dei Mercanti in Ancona, in the presence of the President of the Marche Region Francesco Acquaroli and numerous authorities.

“An important opportunity for our Region,” declared President Acquaroli.

"Challenges like this help you grow if you believe in your potential collectively. We will address issues such as hospitality, we will have to open up our beauties and network them. A driving force also for our economy that will support deseasonalization and conference tourism. The National Congress of Engineers represents not only an opportunity for professional discussion, but also for promoting the excellence of the Marche region and will contribute to the economic and tourist growth of the region". Acquaroli also wanted to thank the engineers for their commitment in the territory: “I would like to thank you on behalf of the Region for bringing such an important event to our territory, but also for your daily contribution to the post-earthquake reconstruction, in the flood, in the collaboration for the drafting of laws and measures and for always maintaining a constructive dialogue from an institutional point of view. From the G7 of Health next October to the 69th National Congress of Italian Engineers that will bring over 1000 engineers to our territory, the Marche is finally finding its rightful place in the national panorama”.

The meeting was introduced by the presidents of the Orders of Engineers of the provinces of Ancona and Macerata, Stefano Capannelli and Maurizio Paulini, and saw the participation of important institutional figures involved in various capacities in the organization of the event.
