The exhibition E io ci sto - cinema under the stars, created by the association of the same name - which brings together the best non-fiction products from the audiovisual world, has managed to bring guests to the city in recent years such as directors Agostino Ferrente, Filippo Vendemmiati, Francesco Costabile, Emanuele Gerosa, Lisa Bosi; the photographer Francesco Faraci, the cartoonist Luca Scornaienchi, the writer Maurizio Fiorino (author), the sculptor Antonio Affidato and the author Gianluca Facente. For this edition the festival will propose six events, distributed between July and September with screenings ranging from the suggestive Villa Comunale to the Orto Tellini area, up to the Museum and Gardens of Pythagoras, where collateral events will take place such as focuses with artists, photographic exhibitions and debates.

states Fabrizio Oliverio, artistic director and one of the organizers of the event: “For the fourth edition we made a targeted choice, that is to follow the topics that we have covered the most over the years and make them even richer in content. Furthermore, the possibility of "closing" the magical Crotone summer season is an honor. It is important for us to be able to act socially by entertaining and bringing culture, this is the mission we have always set ourselves and we are carrying it forward thanks also to the support of institutions, such as the Calabria Film Commission and the Municipality of Crotone, which have understood that the city and Calabria can start again from beauty. The beauty linked to culture, art, cinema and nature. This will be a review in which many events will have something unexpected, even learning to see something new with the eyes of others introduces us to discovery. This is the magnificent world of documentaries and events of the fourth edition of “And I'm in – cinema under the stars”.

Adds Vincenzo Voce, mayor of Crotone: “If an event reaches its fourth edition it means that it has rightfully entered the main cultural events of the city of Crotone. And it is also the signal that extensive work has been done for its organization conducted with great professionalism by those who take care of the initiative. An initiative that we support with great pleasure because it enhances the territory, creates a link between various forms of artistic expression and above all because it is promoted by young people from our territory. Who have chosen to stay in Crotone and make their talent and professionalism available for the cultural growth of the city. It is an example of great love for one's land and a profound sense of belonging."
