Crotone, “A' Frazza” returns to the city, an ancient Carnival tradition.
Come back, on the occasion of BPER International Carnival Race organized by Sailing Club di Crotone, thanks to the initiative of Municipal Council of Girls and Boys and Girls and Boys, an ancient carnival tradition: “A' Frazza".
“A' Frazza” is the dialect term that indicates the carnival theatrical farces that took place in the villages of the Crotone area, where the “Carnival death".
The main characters were: the judge, the lawyer, the prison guards, the carabinieri, Carnevale and his wife, the widow Lent who mourned his death sentence.
All the inhabitants were around, from the baker to the brigands and brigantesses, common people who were watching a parody that led to a final party.
IL CCBBRR returns to the rediscovery of the places, traditions and culture of the Crotone area.
Appointment the 21 February pm 10.00 in Resistance square and subsequently in procession towards the Sailing Club sul Old Port.
