Cremona, Job Weeks 2021

Cremona, from Monday March 22 a Friday April 2 next time the appointment with the Job Weeks Cremona. And this the event organized by the Informagiovani of the Municipality of Cremona as part of the regional days dedicated to work promoted by Anci Lombardia and the regional Informagiovani Council. The event is aimed at those who are looking for a new job and the aim is to encourage the meeting between supply and demand, as well as to promote a more in-depth knowledge of the world of work among young people. Companies, employment agencies, tour operators and cooperatives, thanks to the Job Weeks, will offer real and concrete job opportunities. 

"In such a difficult moment as the one we are experiencing – comments Maura Ruggeri, Councilor for Education of the Municipality of Cremona – we didn't want to give up offering this important opportunity and we redesigned the event with a totally new and digital formula, taking advantage of the tools offered by the web and new technologies. But not only that: those looking for work will be able to make use of the skills of the expert staff in job orientation of the Youth Information Service of the Municipality of Cremona."

"As is now tradition - goes on Maria Carmen Russo, responsible for the Youth Information Service of the Municipality of Cremona and president of the Regional Youth Information Council - the Cremona Job Weeks are part of the broader calendar of regional Job Weeks promoted by Anci Lombardia and the regional Informagiovani Council.  A review that represents further confirmation of the importance of the Consulta as a resource not only for the comparison between the Informagiovani of the regional territory, but as a highly operational reality that coordinates, supports and promotes initiatives and products that start from local levels transforming them into good practices at a regional level, increasingly with a view to integrated orientation". 

Starting from 15 March next from the Informagiovani website of the Municipality of Cremona (https://informagiovani.comune.cremona.it) it will be possible to enter a web area entirely dedicated to the event, active 24 hours a day, in which people looking for work will be able to find job and internship offers, get to know them better companies adherent, light news and updates on opportunities for job seekers, access information, tools and insights for their active search and to a rich calendar of appointments. They can also request, On appointment, a free and personalized specialist advice for drafting or revising your CV or for support in your job search. Interviews can take place both online and in person.

DEMAND – SUPPLY MEETING

From the Job Weeks Cremona web area those looking for a job or an internship will be able to access the over 160 announcements for approximately 723 available positions (evolving data) for the most varied positions published on the CVqui – Jobiri dalle job database 26 companies who join the initiative.

From March 15th all young people and people interested in applying for an interview can consult the announcements and send their application through the Cvqui – Jobiri database (https://cvqui.jobiri.com).

For those accessing Cvqui – Jobiri for the first time it is necessary to register, insert your CV and contact the Informagiovani for its verification and validation: the objective is in fact to ensure that the CV is as complete as possible, contains all the skills, training and professional experiences in so as to highlight its potential and allow a correct evaluation by the companies offering work and participating in the event.

For those who are already registered simply log in with the credentials you already have. 

Suitable candidates will be contacted directly by the companies for an interview during the week from 29 March to 2 April: the interviews can take place both in person and remotely, according to the indications that will be provided by the company during the contact phase.

 

WEBINARS AND EVENTS

To prepare for interviews with companies during the week 22 from March to 26, the guidance experts at Informagiovani will create a series of webinars during which we will talk about how to write a CV, face a selection interview and approach working in tourist villages. There will be no shortage of insights into working abroad and as an au pair, as well as in public administration. The webinars are offered on different days and at different time slots to encourage the participation of all interested people.

A REGIONAL CALENDAR OF EVENTS
FROM 15 MARCH TO 2 APRIL

Within the Job Weeks promoted by the Youth Information Council of ANCI Lombardy it is expected from 15 March to 2 April, a rich calendar of events, demonstrations and meetings dedicated to policies for young people and the intersection of job supply/demand, organized according to three levels of interest - events of local interest, events proposed by the territories of supra-municipal interest, events of interest regional - available on a specially created web area accessible from the institutional website of ANCI Lombardia (https://anci.lombardia.it/) and also from the homepage of the Informagiovani website (https://informagiovani.comune.cremona.it).

A program full of initiatives of interest to both young people and local administrators. Among other things, we will talk about the Youth Information Network, policies for young people in the Lombardy Region, personal branding, web reputation, LinkedIn for job searches, internships abroad, school and work inclusion, stories of young people at work, ITS and IFTS as an opportunity to be seized and much more.

The event was organized thanks to the members of the Youth Information Council of ANCI Lombardia and the operators of the Youth Information desks operating in the Municipalities that took part in the event, who committed themselves to providing young people with interesting opportunities and opportunities to meet with the world of productive activities, of economic operators, schools and universities.

The 2021 Job Weeks are part of the actions of the #WORK#COMPASS# project (of which the Municipality of Cremona is a partner - lead partner Municipality of Casalmaggiore) financed by the Lombardy Region and carried out in collaboration with Anci Lombardia as part of the call "Lombardy is of Youth 2020” – Provincial Area.
