Civitanova Marche: Great success of "Birra in Fermento".
The first stage of the event ended with a great success “Beer in Ferment” which took place in Civitanova Marche during this weekend. For three days the Gate on the Sea hosted trucks and breweries from all over Italy, but also from abroad.
Civitanova Marche was the opening stage of the first edition of "Birra in Fermento", one of the most important beer events in Italy, which saw the presence of numerous breweries among the best on the Italian scene.
There were over 6000 people who chose to dine outdoors until late and taste the different specialties, from the Apulian bombette to the pulled pork, from the Abruzzo kebabs to the lampredotto sandwich, from the Argentine and Mexican specialties to the Ariccia porchetta and the Sicilian arancini, enough to attract enthusiasts and curious people from all over the area.
Gluten-free products are a must, much appreciated by celiacs, vegans and all those who follow a gluten-free diet.
Excellence, originality, tradition were the watchwords for this stage of this festival which saw good craft beer as the protagonist alongside the best street food products and gourmet grilled specialities.
The protagonists on Friday evening were the Ziga Trio, a traditional dance group that made the Civitanove and non-Civitanova public dance to the rhythm of pizzica and taranta. Group dancing, bachata, salsa, kizomba, Caribbean dances on Saturday evening with the Kasinò Latino who animated the Varco sul Mare until midnight. Grand finale on Sunday evening with the rock band District 13, which performed re-proposing the greatest pop and rock hits, making everyone relive a real leap into the past.
