Campobasso, the Sport and Health Road Show has arrived in the square.

In Campobasso, Molise, the Sport e Salute SpA Road Show., the traveling project that started in Turin at the end of June and has arrived in numerous Italian cities in recent months. A real Sports Village of over 1.000 square meters was set up in Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II where it was possible to try many different sports disciplines for free.

Guests of the event were great sportsmen such as Stefano Tilli, former Italian sprinter, European Indoor Champion in the 60 meter dash in Budapest 1983, Silver medal at the World Championships, Bronze medal at the European Championships, 2 Gold medals at the European Indoor Championships, 5 Gold medals at the Mediterranean Games .

Il Road Show of sport promotes a more active and healthy lifestyle for all age groups, based on a healthy diet and the practice of physical activity. At the same time, it seeks to enhance local sports associations, clubs and collaborators.

The Sports Activities councilor spoke during the event Luca Praitano and the mayor of Campobasso Robert Gravina who welcomed us to the city with these words: "Through sport and the social and inclusive values ​​that it helps to spread, the importance of physical activity for the well-being of citizens can also be better conveyed".
