Caltanissetta: over 40.000 people at the 135th stage of the International Street Food.

Huge success for the 135th stage of the International Street Food, organized by the “King of Street Food” Alfredo Orofino, which ended yesterday in Caltanissetta in the central Viale Regina Margherita.

Over 40 thousand people have enjoyed the Italian and international specialties prepared by the many excellent street food chefs present at this stage, which for the first time had a huge success in the city of Nissa.

People came from all over the province of Caltanissetta, the event was a great celebration, the public was able to taste among others: arrosticini, Sicilian cuisine, pasta mantecata with cacio e pepe, various supplì, pulled pork, Angus hamburgers, Apulian bombette from the Petriglia bakery, Argentine cuisine, various cocktails from Casa de Cuba, Greek cuisine, Hungarian kurtos, caciocavallo impiccato, Neapolitan pizza, puccia pontina, Tunisian cuisine. Excellent Italian, European and international craft breweries were also present.

The Calatanisetta stage, in addition to having been a huge success given the turnout, has enhanced the entire Nisseno territory, a special thanks to the Mayor Walter Tesauro, to the Councilor for Productive Activities Guido Delpopolo, to the entire Municipal Administration, to Confartigianato Imprese di Caltanissetta and to ANCoS Aps, for the warm welcome and support.

At the same time in Caltanissetta the demonstration will be from November 15th to November 17th in Bergamo and from November 18th to 21st in the splendid city of Trapani.

The initiative dedicated to quality street food has now conquered the general public and this year will have 150 stops, distributed throughout the country until the end of November 2024.
An intense calendar of events, which will touch every corner of the country and will allow you to taste the best Italian and foreign specialties. Always in the name of quality, passion for good food and conviviality.
