What are the best ways to get to the center of Brescia without wasting time looking for parking, and maybe even saving money?
This is the question that guided the project and the answer is: first of all by public transport or by leaving your car in some particularly convenient and affordable car parks to reach your destination.

It arises from this answer the collaboration between the Urban District of Commerce of Brescia and the Brescia Mobility Group, which, by managing all mobility services within the city, is able to offer comfortable and convenient solutions for your shopping in the center with discounts and concessions.

The project is developed through two initiatives:
or two Saturdays with a single ticket;
or discounts for parking at the Autosilouno car park.

All the shops in the centre are within easy reach on the subway, using the Vittoria and San Faustino stations, and by bus.

Therefore, to facilitate travel for shopping and errands by public transport, Saturday 9 November and Saturday 16 November 2024 will be Single Ticket Days.

It will be possible travel all day with a single ordinary ticket, valid for both bus and metro journeys: Zone 1, Zone 2 and Zone 1+2 tickets will maintain their usual cost, but may exceptionally be used for the whole day, and not just for the usual period of validity.

The Single Ticket will be valid for tickets purchased through all the numerous sales channels that the Brescia Mobilità Group makes available: not only the traditional magnetic tickets, but also the digital ones purchased through Bresciapp! and the associated apps or with Viaggia con un Beep, the contactless payment system active inside all metro stations and on board buses.

The Single Ticket is also valid for those who use the formula Parking Exchange + Metro: just leave your car in the parking lots of Sant'Eufemia – Buffalora, Poliambulanza, Casazza and Prealpino and in a quarter of an hour by subway you arrive straight in the historic center.

“All roads lead to shopping!” also offers discounts to those who travel by car: to all those who spend at least €20 in the shops participating in the initiative It will be delivered a free ticket for one hour of free parking at the Autosilo car park in via Vittorio Emanuele II, just a few minutes' walk from all the shops in the centre.

The passes will be valid from 9 November 2024 to 28 February 2025 and will allow, by leaving your car in the parking lot in the structure, open 24 hours a day, and enjoying a short walk through the streets of Brescia, to do your Christmas shopping or during the sales or to participate in the autumn and winter initiatives of the city with an hour of free parking.
Brescia residents in possession of a Park City Card, the card that guarantees a 50% discount on parking spaces, it will be possible to enjoy the additional discount by using the pass to park for 2 hours instead of 1 hour in the parking lot.

“All roads lead to shopping!” is part of the interventions of the project “DUC Brescia: between commerce and culture”, promoted by the Municipality of Brescia, the Chamber of Commerce of Brescia and the Committee for Local Economic Development to promote commerce as an effective aggregation factor capable of activating economic, social and cultural dynamics: an added value that integrates with the places of art, events and citizen services, to welcome and make the experience of discovering and living Brescia unique.
