Sport in piazza has been, every year for about twenty years, the showcase of everything our territory has to offer in terms of sports disciplines and it is an important moment for our children who have the opportunity to try multiple activities in one day before deciding which one to practice during the rest of the year. It is the result of teamwork, of a synergy between sports clubs and the Municipality".
“In sport, each person's diversity becomes a strength – comments the mayor, Oscar De Pellegrin -. When I see our city come together for an event like 'Sport in Piazza', I understand how the true power of sport is its ability to create spaces where everyone, regardless of their ability, can contribute. It's not just competition, but a form of connection and collective growth. The presence of Special Olympics this year is not only an opportunity for inclusion, but an invitation to look beyond differences, to learn from the experiences of others and to build a community that is enriched precisely by the diversity of each individual."
