Bell'Italia: The Festival of Italian Flavors Returns to Vicenza.

From Thursday 31 October “Bell'Italia” returns to Vicenza, in Piazza dei Signori: a journey that begins with the discovery of the flavours of typical products from all the regions of Italy. The event is sponsored by the Municipality of Vicenza, organized by Confesercenti del Veneto Centrale, under the technical direction of the Explicom company.

The stands will remain open on Thursday 31 October from 18.30pm to 22pm and from Friday 1st to Sunday 3rd November from 9am to 20pm.

The initiative was presented today by the councilor for economic development and territory Cristina Balbi, by Flavio Convento, president of Confesercenti Vicenza, by Alessandra Trivellato, director of Confesercenti Veneto Centrale and by Davide Berton of the Explicom company.

«During the first weekend of November, dedicated to the All Saints' Day festivities, the main square in the center will be full of culinary proposals in a journey through the regions of Italy. As per tradition, Confcommercio proposes this event that is appreciated by visitors and that this year on October 31 will propose the "Silent Party", the musical event that will not disturb because the participants will listen to the music wearing headphones" – he declared the councilor for economic development and territory Cristina Balbi.

We are happy to welcome, in the suggestive Vicenza, many people who will be able to taste excellent products. Taste, tradition, these are important aspects that Bell'Italia wants to make known, in this event we want to bring the taste of Italy to all the people of Vicenza and to the tourists who will visit the city».

“Bell'Italia” is the event that for many years brings typical products and the most sought-after food and wine products of Italy to the historic centers of cities. The most famous squares are colored with exhibitors that represent the flavor of all the Italian regions. Dop, Docg, Doc products, but also particularities unknown to the general public that awaken, in this way, forgotten tastes.

The event, after the excellent results of the past editions, has the aim of promoting Italian food and wine culture by transforming Vicenza into a single, large tasting hall. Through tastings, the public becomes the protagonist of this journey to discover the extraordinary wealth that Italian agri-food production and beyond preserves.

For this edition they will be 15 exhibitors will participate in the event, coming from different Italian regions. In the stands you can find typical products: from Sardinian pecorino, from Sicilian cannoli to Trentino speak. The event, in fact, is a real market exhibition of typical regional products dedicated to all those with a sweet tooth and lovers of quality typical products. The protagonists of the event are the exhibitors themselves who will transform the center of Vicenza into a “Tasty path” through which to discover the best of typical regional food production.

This year for the first time combined with Bell'Italia, Thursday 31 October from 21pm, “Silent Party” is scheduled in piazza dei Signori in front of the Basilica Palladiana, a silent musical party choosing between the three DJ sets proposed in the three channels. At the opening, headphones will be given, on which you can listen to the music.
