Guitars, keyboards, wind instruments, miniature percussions to bring joy and entertainment to the young patients of the Salesi pediatric hospital. A touching and festive moment at the same time, that of the delivery to Santa's Village in Piazza Stamira, a lot of musical instruments as a Christmas gift for the children of the Oncohematology department of the Salesi Hospital.

The idea, promoted by the municipal administration, was developed in collaboration with the well-known Bontempi company, a reference for decades in the Italian panorama of toy musical instruments, synonymous with music and the highest quality. The councilor for social policies Manuela Cauccie the Sole Administrator of “Bontempi”, Andrea Ariola, delivered the toy instruments to the president of the historic Patronesse del Salesi association, which has served the pediatric hospital since its foundation, Milena Fiore (meritorious citizen 2023), in the presence of girls and boys who crowded the village, animated by the staff of Fantasy, Dream and Reality.

Music - it was remembered - is fun, it is a panacea, as well as education in beauty and art from an early age, and it is exactly one of the activities that gives the most significant results: introducing a child to music in a simple but correct - it was remembered - is the mission of Bomtempi, whose flagship is the baby collection aimed at very little ones with colorful toys that live on music and lights.

Great attention is paid to schools for musical education, however "there cannot be a lack - and not only at Christmas - of affectionate and supportive closeness to children hospitalized, for whom music can play a fundamental role, as entertainment and as effective therapy".

During the holiday period, the Village of Santa Claus and the Elves, adjacent to the Luna Park and the skating rink in Piazza Pertini, awaits children in Piazza Stamira. Thanks to lights, sounds and scents and a fantastic setup, the village in the square is animated by elves, Santa Claus and other magical characters who involve the little ones in artistic activities, games and workshops also with the collaboration of the association Fantasy, Dream, Reality.
