Frosinone: the exhibition “Tratti di donna” by Paola Fontana arrives at the Villa Comunale.
“Paola Fontana embodies the figure of an artist at 360 degrees: as well as a painter, she is in fact a singer-songwriter and performer, as well as an author for nursery schools. Don't miss her exhibition at the Villa Comunale – stated the Mayor Riccardo Mastrangeli – The collection of works on display in the capital, in fact, will show, with great creativity, the original character and sensitivity of the artist”.
La show è clean da Alfio Borghese and sponsored by the Municipality of Frosinone, with the Province of Frosinone and the Lazio Region, as part of the popular exhibition Contemporary Visual Art.
La painting of the artist from Frosinone, as she herself states, it is “Symbolically abstract. She evokes, inspires but does not portray, rather she outlines. She lived as a hinge between two dimensions: internal-external, capable of recalling, rather than depicting. The paintings 'arouse' atmospheres, leaving the user free to interpret and 'process' in full personal freedom”.
Through action painting and fluid art, the artist creates his own dreamlike dimension in a visible reality, as well as to the gaze of the observer, to the soul of those who "feel". Color filaments fluo on backgrounds multicolor or completely neri (as in the dark and imaginative forest of fairy tales) refer to one free but strongly characterized pictorial synthesis, to its own and recognizable style.
Le women – to which, specifically, this new one exhibition is inspired – they show up through three different types: the ethereal woman who dreams and turns her back on the world; the tree-woman who acts as an intermediary between heaven and earth through her procreative essence; the woman in the portraits who meditates with her eyes closed.
It will be possible visit the exhibition until March 25th, from 10am to 13pm and from 16pm to 19.30pm.
