Salerno: Gusto Italia returns to Cilento
Da Wednesday 26th to Sunday 30th July the appointment is in Marina di Camerota, at the Tourist Port, with free entry from hours 17pm to midnight. A location di easy access from the entire neighboring coast, an area awarded both with the Blue Flag for the sea and with the Green Flag awarded by Italian paediatricians.
Taste Italy, a traveling event signed by the Italia Eventi Association, is sponsored by the Municipality of Camerota, thanks to the mayor Mario Salvatore Scarpitta, to the councilor Teresa Esposito, from the Chamber of Commerce of Salerno, from the Cilento, Vallo di Diano and Alburni National Park and with the collaboration of the Tourist Desk La Perla del Cilento, the tourist portals In Camerota and Infreschi of Camerota, of the Marina Yachting Tourist Port of Marina di Camerota, of the UNOE National Union of Event Organizers and of the National Crafts Confederation CNA of Salerno.
Among side activities at the fair, from Friday to Sunday, the shows of the National Puppet Theater by Mauro Apicella.

In the homeland of the Mediterranean Diet, attention to excellent productions and artisanal products is always high. We continue to bring the best of Made in Italy to the most fascinating holiday locations“, comments Giuseppe Lupo, president of Italia Eventi.
Fifth region Italians present at this stage, starting from Campania and Camerota. In fact, there are numerous local companies that they consider Taste Italy an important showcase for its typical products.
From Irpinia will arrive cured meats, cheeses, truffles, fruit compotes, artisanal biscuits and an elixir based on saffron and aromatic herbs. There are also donuts, crepes and waffles in various flavors and colours. For those with a sweet tooth, candies, lollipops and marshmallows from a young company, hemp and fennel liqueur. From Capaccio Paestum excellent honey from artisanal beekeeping, together with numerous derived products.
from Puglia crumbly taralli, even without yeast and in many flavours. From Basilicata artisanal pasta, cruschi peppers, legumes, pickles, cheeses and cured meats including the well-known Canestrato di Moliterno and a medieval wine obtained from an ancient recipe.

From the Sicilia Modica chocolate, together with the many typical desserts of the island including cannoli and almond paste.
Rich too the craft corner, where it will be possible to find costume jewellery, leather products, hats and bracelets. Also present are handcrafted ceramics, scented crystals and aromatherapy products. Waiting for the leaders Positano fashion and the corals worked a Greek's tower.
