Rome, the capital, offers a special day at Christmas World to children in family homes and people with disabilities

The councilor for Social Policies and Health Barbara Funari and the councilor for Major Events, Tourism, Fashion and Sport Alessandro Onorato offered the opportunity of a special day at the Villa Borghese park “Christmas World” to around 600 guests from family homes for minors and mothers with children, minors looked after by municipal social services and family homes and associations for people with disabilities. A different day to celebrate Christmas in company with all the attractions and entertainment present at the "Christmas World", in the heart of Villa Borghese.

"The event - explains the councilor for Social Policies and Health Barbara Funari – wanted to help many guests of the family homes to rediscover the value of being together. For many children it was truly an important opportunity to celebrate Christmas, to have fun and grow together. A beautiful day thanks also to the Park's rich itinerary which made the little guests dream and excite. Their smile was a beautiful gift for everyone.”
