Oristano: Oristano September begins
The best city tradition is renewed with a calendar full of events that will alternate between art, religion, entertainment, music and sport for the entire month.
Oristano: Oristano September begins.
"Oristano September returns to the city with a wide range of events suitable for every type of audience and with the aim of extending the tourist season – says the Mayor Massimiliano Sanna -. For the Oristano community, the events linked to the celebrations for the Madonna del Rimedio and for Santa Croce which are historically considered the true celebrations of the city, but also for Sant'Efisio and San Michele, are particularly important. The civil and religious celebrations come together, helping to keep alive a tradition towards which the whole community shows a particular attachment. But Oristano September has always been important for the large quantity and variety of events it is capable of offering."
In the rich programme, curated in collaboration with the Oristano Foundation, Pro Loco and many associations and private entities, the Mediterranean events and the European heritage days stand out, as well as concerts, music and dances, guided tours, the gathering of the wasps, the master of dressage in Fenosu.
