Naples: XI Edition of "Una vita da Social", itinerant educational campaign of the State Police.

On Friday 5 April, from 9.00 am, the State Police will stop at Casoria, in via Vicinale Marrazzo, with the XI edition of the itinerant educational campaign "A life from social“, created in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and Merit as part of the project Connected Generations and with the support of Google for raise awareness among minors to prevent the risks and dangers that come from the Internet every day.

During the morning, specialized operators from the State Police will meet the students to interact on the issues of online safety, social networks and cyberbullying but also road safety education and combating all forms of discrimination.

Now in its eleventh edition, the “A social life” project started again this year from Sanremo, where the iconic truck stopped during the days of the 74th edition of the Italian Song Festival.

Over the years, “Una vita da Social” has gathered great consensus: the operators of the Postal Police have met over 3 million students, both in the squares and in the schools, 247.000 parents, 142.000 teachers for a total of 21.000 schools, over 600 cities reached in the area and two pages "Twitter" and "Facebook" with over 135.000 likes and 12 million monthly users on online safety issues.

Large numbers destined to grow to achieve a great goal: prevent episodes of violence, harassment, defamation and online harassment by promoting accountability regarding the use of the "word" and ensure that the rampant phenomenon of cyberbullying and all the various forms of abuse, connected to a distorted use of technologies, no longer causes victims.
