Messina, Thursday 2 December, at 12, in the multimedia room of the “Cristo Re” Institute, the author will present the book “High treason. Privatizations, DC, euro: mysteries and new truths on the sell-off of Italy" by Angelo Polimeno Bottai, published by Rubbettino. The event is part of the national exhibition "Messina and Journalism, one-on-one meetings with Journalists Writers”, conceived and edited by the journalist and parliamentary spokesperson from Messina Antonio Ivan Bellantoni, In collaboration with the 'Department of Culture of the Municipality of Messina directed by Enzo Caruso, the Chamber of Commerce of Messina, the Editorial Group “GDS Gazzetta del Sud-Giornale di Sicilia” as media partner and the Hotel “Messenion".
Deputy director of TG1, Angelo Polimeno Bottai he is an expert in Italian and international politics, already a well-known parliamentary reporter for TG1, and has worked on "Il Tempo” directed by Gianni Letta and with Bruno Vespa at “Door to Door”. He is President of the Association “Eureca” and member of the Scientific Committee of the Foundation “Guido Carli”. A highly successful writer, his book sheds new light on the true origins of Italy's decline like no other book has ever done until now, thanks to completely unpublished documents and testimonies made available by Giuseppe Guarino, well-known jurist and Minister several times.
