New appointment with the season “I present myself like this” of the Theater of the 3 Mestieri of Messina.
It will be staged on Saturday 20 January at 21.00 pm and Sunday 21 January at 19.00 pm “Aramen & Stannum” (Teatro Primo production), by Domenico Loddo and directed by Christian Maria Parisi.
Protagonists on the scene Silvana Luppino and Domenico Canale, who will interpret a semi-serious journey of recovery through myths, legends and dialogues at the edge of the night.
Show presentation: “What world lies beyond this sea I know not, but every sea has another shore, and I will arrive.”
The questions that i Bronzi di Riace and their daring discovery they bring with them melt like copper and tin to forge the scenic settings and characters of this piece. The two wonderful statues represent a perfect metaphor of emigration, the testimony of a journey in which humanity regenerates itself and its culture.
Who are those two returned bodies from the sea? Are they men? Heroes? Of the?
