La Spezia, over 100 events for the Christmas holidays

La Spezia, 7 December 2022 – 1 city celebrating, 11 typical markets, 31 days of celebration, over 100 events to experience. A rich program of shows, events, music and dances which will involve the whole city and will give the people of La Spezia, both adults and children, and the many tourists who increasingly choose our city as a destination, the opportunity to breathe in an atmosphere of celebration and serenity from 8 December to 7 January.

“A city to experience, with many initiatives designed for everyone and which will make the Christmas holidays even more special – declares the Mayor of La Spezia Pierluigi Peracchini – the White Night of Christmas on December 16th, the novelty of the TRAC Festival, the big New Year's Eve party, but not only. Many events that we hope will give joy and light-heartedness and unite our community even more."

An illuminated and welcoming city that will offer more events scattered throughout the city every day that will make the Christmas atmosphere unique and accompany people in their Christmas shopping. But that is not all. For the holidays, a free shuttle bus service has been activated which will connect the car park of the Palasport in Piazza Chiodo every 14.30 minutes on weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) from 20pm to 20pm and the car park of the "Le Terrazze" shopping centre. in via Cozzani always in Piazza Chiodo every 15 minutes.

A program that will see the extraordinary opening of the Quintino Sella gallery, recently restored, which will allow you to live an evocative and emotional experience. But also great traveling shows with stilt walkers, acrobats and acrobats, music, concerts, the White Night of Christmas scheduled for 16 December, the Christmas trophy of the Palio del Golfo on the Morin promenade, the exhibitions, the shows at the Teatro Civico and, new this year, the TRAC festival that for two months, inside a chapiteau immersed in the historic gardens of the city in the external area of ​​the PIN, will propose a program of events that will bring to La Spezia the best "street artists" from all over the world and who have participated in the most important European festivals. And finally, for the month of December, the big party organized by the Peracchini Administration on 31 December in Piazza Europa to say goodbye to 2023 and welcome 2024.
